Our philosophy
Gut health impacts our everyday life. If you’re feeling sluggish, heavy and/or tired, you’re going to lack the motivation to complete everyday tasks…even those that bring you joy. We want to help you feel your best, so you can get on with enjoying life. So, if you’re wanting to improve your gut health and overall diet quality (whilst still enjoying the foods you love), you’re in the right place!
Our Nutritionist is passionate about gut health, keeping it simple and exploring sustainability - who doesn’t want to save some money and make their food last longer?
Meet Courtney,
our Nutritionist
Courtney graduated with a Bachelor of Nutrition Science back in 2016. Since then she has worked in a variety of settings - including a health food store where she provided individualised nutrition advice and co-hosted food workshops. She also worked in sales within the pharmaceutical industry, and still today continues to educate through her social media channels. In 2020, she also completed a Graduate Certificate in Marketing. This has given her great insight into marketing strategies of food brands, so she can help you get past the labels and choose products based on the nutritional quality and your goals..

Who we work with
We work with the general adult population that do not have any pre-existing medical conditions (e.g. IBS, IBD, GORD, etc*).
If, during intake and/or consultations, I believe you are experiencing a medical condition outside of my scope of practice, I will refer you to an appropriate Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and/or general practitioner that may be able to offer more support. This is important as APDs are trained in Medical Nutrition Therapy.
